Pros

Collaboration, great for fresh out of college students, and

Cons

Moral is down and company is out of money. Did layoffs after saying that was no something they were going to do. They say they are transparent and listen but do the complete opposite. Upper leadership is never in office and do not make any changes once people leave. Turn over rate has been high in the past year.

Pros

Flexible hours, set your own rates, pleasant students, good management

Cons

These are certainly not dealbreakers, but currently tutors cannot see the ratings they are being given. It's also hard to know what to charge to get the business.

Pros

Set your own, decide your own schedule! It is a completely new and innovative educational intermediary that has proven positive results!

Cons

It is sad that often timings between coaches and students may not work out, hours are so flexible it is hard to plan when to stay online.
