-Swag -Snacks -Driven people -Unlimited PTO -Solid Agile process That's really all I have in terms of positives. These are positives that most startups inherently have.

Cons

-Way too many politics -Male dominated executive team -Fear based culture -People getting fired without an explanation -Lack of respect for employees -Lack of product vision -Overworked employees -High school drama like behavior amongst executive team -Underpaid employees -Lots of confusion with what people were responsible for as the company was scaling -Lack of transparency -Some employees responsibilities changed dramatically without any notice ahead of time

Everyone was really nice and humble. Casual working environment. Open working space. Great culture.

Cons

Their internship program was not well organized. They did not have projects ready for their interns. I did not get a project to work on until four weeks into my 9-week long internship.

Market presence - Fortune 100 companies are actively approaching us to work with them. Challenging work - everyday is alway different. The organization is moving so fast that you do not have a single minute to get board. Culture - although the culture is still evolving and by no means perfect, there is a genuine culture of hard work and group aspiration for the company to succeed.

Cons

Still very chaotic - as you would expect from a startup Role is undefined - if you join Uptake, expect that your role and job description will be different 3 months from now. that keeps things exciting, but do not expect a defined career path.
