Uptake is a place for growth. I started at Uptake with little experience and during my time there I was given so much opportunity by my boss and the recruiting staff to learn so much. All of the good habits I developed are because I learned them from everyone around me. Looking back on when i was looking for other opportunities one thing that sticks out to me and needs to be noted is that the Uptake recruiters are the glue that holds that place together. The caliber of people they hire is what makes it so easy to come to work. You always know you're going to be around hardworking fun people. Their process is also so far above what I've encountered during my search. I'm very thankful for the skills I learned and the relationships I've built while working there. ALSO- Emails that the CEO wrote regularly were great. I've kept them so that I could perform them as performance art pieces later in life.
