Pros

Everyone is super friendly, informative and happy to be here. This is the first time a workplace takes the time to train and welcome new employees. I'm truely blessed to work with amazing people!

Cons

Training is overwhelming but what job isn't!

Pros

The company is growing and there are a lot of opportunities. The people I've met have been supportive welcoming since my first day on the job and you get to be a part of the foundation of what could be a huge industry as time goes by.

Cons

It's not for people who like the big established companies where everything is spelled out in policy and you have go through a lot of red tape to get things done. The company is growing so you have to be flexible and understand that your job might not look the same a year from now.

Fast, Fun and Smart

Pros

Recently joined the company. Full of incredibly smart and talented people. As expected in a company with such a growth-rate, its a place where things move and change FAST, so guaranteed that you won't get bored! Great benefits and perks across the board. The interview process is fast, but thorough and very professional. The orientation/onboarding process takes 2-3 days and not only is a blast, but also extremely efficient and purposeful: it makes you feel special and part of something bigger from minute 1.

Cons

The normal issues in such a young, rapid-growing and fast-paced company: things can change and evolve constantly, in order to become more efficient and productive. Not necessarily a bad thing if you can adapt to new roles easily.
