- Everyone is brilliant at what they do - Entrepreneurial company culture - Amazing perks (snacks, drinks, unlimited PTO, etc.) - Great sense of growth and direction

Cons

Procurement processes for new furniture / equipment / software needed to do your job can be cumbersome.
