Pros

Met a lot of smart people in the beginning, learned a lot about the industry (mobile web sites) as it was relevant when I started in 2012. Learned to thrive under pressure with a large client base and at the time under great leaders (Client Services management team) as well. Made some great friends, had some good parties.

Cons

Made to feel undeserving when asking for a raise or requesting a meeting to discuss the possibility of a raise. The hush hush mentality of "upper management" is concerning for not only the direction of the company but the value of the employees. Employee morale has turned a bit depressing. No clear direction as to forward movement with the company. ** Note to current employees, if you plan to leave for another opportunity, and have worked through the quarter, rightfully earning your bonus... let it be known that if you are not employed the day the check comes to you will NOT get your bonus! i.e. When your final check comes after you have left you will receive your salary payment, but not the bonus.

Pros

Some of the employees are actually smart. They don't last long though.

Cons

Company is a joke and I'm surprised they're still in business. They lie to their customers. overcharge them and laugh about it.

A great place to be mediocre.

Pros

- young, bright teammates and coworkers - great office location (though probably not for long) - ample bathrooms - abundant snacks

Cons

Usablenet talks a big game and promises you the world - but the delivery of that falls very short. If you're interested in a long term career path or growth, forget about it because there hasn't been a proper review or goal process in over a year. Your offer letter promises a review? They will ignore it and just pretend that it's not there. Raise? Standard across the board without taking into account performance.
