I have met some of the biggest cockroaches here. Management is there for themselves not for there employees. Upper management is extremely corrupt. Racism is one thing that exist in this company

Pros

the base salary was competitive. the location of the office was ideal and a nice place to hang your hat.

Cons

- no matter your past history, experience, success etc, it means nothing at all. you will roll up to a 20 something year old with much less experience who will treat you as if you never sold before. - you will be forced to memorize a 3 page script and be hazed every wednesday night until 630-7pm in front of the whole group in which people have been known to run out in tears because of the pressure. then you will be criticized by each and every person there. (every week as long as you work there). - you will be stapled to your desk for a minimum 10 hours per day. 8am - 6pm. most people stay later. if you have a family you will find it tough to do as they allow no work from home. even if they tell you in the interview "they will think about it". It's never going to happen. - lastly all the deals go to one or two people. you will be given accounts to work on that every rep before you has already called on and gotten rejected. by the time you call 50 people to find the right contact you will be told the above. quota is not achievable by any stretch. Nobody is even close. Except one or two guys who have been there for years. these are the facts.
