Pros

Collaboration and autonomy are both core to how the UserIQ team functions. The leadership team challenges and encourages employees to grow as professionals both individually and as a team. Not to mention UserIQ's platform exists in an burgeoning new space, it's thrilling to work with such an awesome team to carve the path to success for our product.

Cons

Being results-driven and owning a team mentality are critical to working at UserIQ. It's also fast-paced and is a small team (at the time of this writing) so everyone wears many hats, so it can be hard to juggle for people who don't thrive in that kind of environment.

Pros

Everyone within the company contributes something everyday. We are given the support and tools needed to work at a high level, and I feel like I accomplish something everyday. The platform is absolutely something that is needed in the B2B SaaS space, so it validates our efforts with the growth we see in our customers.

Cons

You need to be able to work well without always getting clear direction, and know that it is a very results oriented culture. You are given the autonomy to work in the ways you're best skilled, if you are producing.

Pros

Incredible product! This company has a game changing tool that makes it easy to sell and compete with other companies in the software industry. UserIQ also remains flexible and fun, with a work hard, play hard atmosphere. Great company!

Cons

It's a start-up culture, so at times there can be an all-hands on deck mentality.
