Pros

The culture, values and leadership at UserIQ is what attracted me to join in the first place and is one of the main reasons I continue to enjoy coming to work every single day. All of the teams are comprised of highly intelligent and skilled individuals that constantly push the envelope and keep driving our company forward. The environment is one built on trust and transparency, which breeds a positive attitude and mindset, creative thinking, and freedom within your role.

Cons

The cons are few and far between, if they ever arise. As a startup, the company is constantly evolving, which may cause some growing pains, but that is to be expected. If you are unable to keep up with a fast paced, bleeding edge technology company, this may not be the place for you.

Pros

The leadership team at UserIQ is collectively the best I've seen. They are transparent, passionate, engaged, not afraid to address when we've missed the mark and even less afraid to share in the wins. This type of enthusiasm combined with the innovation of the product itself creates a culture of driven employees that are excited to pull their weight in reaching company goals.

Cons

UserIQ is a fast moving environment. We are always testing, measuring, learning, and refining to get better every day. If you are not the type of person that can lean into that, you would not be a great fit here.

Pros

UserIQ has been a very exciting company to work for. We recently graduated from ATDC's startup accelerator program, and have been growing fast since then. Some of the best things about working at UserIQ are: -The transparency: The leadership team strives to update the company each week on our goals are and how we're going to hit them (or where we've missed and how to pivot). There are no secrets or 'behind closed doors talk' here. -The team energy: Everyone plays a very important role in our company success, and we truly believe in the mentality that we win as a team and lose as a team and strive to collaborate in order to succeed. -The passion: Our CEO, Rachel Orston, and our founder and Chief Product Officer, Aaron Aycock personify the word 'passion' and it inspires every employee to work hard because we understand the impact and role we each play in growing the company. -The people: There are very smart, innovative and just great people that work at UserIQ. I truly enjoy everyone on the team, which makes it exciting to come to work every day.

Cons

If you're not willing to think outside the box, work hard, or be challenged, this probably isn't the company for you.
