Pros

This is a great place to grow. A lot of companies promise that, but I really feel like UserIQ delivers. There is a focus on personal development both in a structured way in terms of professional development, conferences, etc. but also in the sense that being a small company, you can jump into a lot of different areas within your role. Also, if you're interested in learning what another department is all about everything is accessible. The healthcare benefits are really great for this size company. Flexible PTO is also a nice perk. Above all, the best pro is the team here. Everyone in the company is dedicated to making it a success. The product can really solve a need for a market that needs it.

Cons

Like any startup, the company experienced some growing pains in the last year or so with scaling. However, new leadership has been really transparent and dedicated digging into those issues and have done a great job of creating stability, improving culture and being transparent.

Pros

UserIQ has so many qualities that other companies have promised me and not delivered on. "We're growing!" "You won't be micromanaged!" "We have a great culture!" UserIQ really lives up to its promises. The company is in a great position in an exciting/growing market, and I've already seen our growth first hand. Your opinion is highly valued at UserIQ. You have the team to support you when you need to collaborate, but you also have the autonomy to get things done on your own terms, wherever that makes sense. You'll be challenged and busy, but supported by a great, really smart team. Culturally, it's a fun group to work with every day. There is an effort, both on a company-wide and department-level, to have regular social outings or team lunches (but not so many that it cuts into your own life!). There are weekly company stand-ups so that everyone, from leadership to individual contributors, can stay up to date with everything that's going on in the company. I can't say enough good things about UserIQ. It's a great place!!

Cons

This isn't a con in my book, but worth calling out, depending on what you're looking for. UserIQ will keep you BUSY! Lots of responsibility and never a dull moment!!

Pros

It's amazing working for a company that is all about GROWTH for their customers and employees. I feel that we have a great vision and are working hard to achieve that vision every day. UserIQ prides itself on having a growth mindset, and the entire team is quick to learn and always improve. I feel challenged and motivated. The leadership team is also very transparent on what's going on.

Cons

Working for an early-stage startup isn't for everyone! The pace is hectic and moves fast. We all have a lot on our plates.
