Branch operations are a mess. There are a few people near the top that are unwilling to listen to employees. They rule with an iron fist and if you say anything that could even suggest going against what they want, they will fire and replace you faster than you can blink. This is not a culture of growth, it's a culture of fear and intimidation. They won't promote you. They won't invest in you. You are a number to them. They don't care.
