Pros

Pay was about 17.50 and getting your first promotion isn’t to hard.

Cons

Team leads rarely expressed issues that were happening on the floor so management didn’t know about it. They did weekly meetings with all team leads but the leads just want to impress the managers so they never share any issues and just accept all changes that management wanted which sometimes wasn’t great.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to move around in the company. There are positions that open up all the time.

Cons

Vertical mobility in the company is rare. There are a lot of people who have moved into their positions that have mostly learned on the job. This can mean that things are done in ways that cause you to scratch your head sometimes, but that's how it's always been done.

Pros

Utah Community Credit Union is a good company overall. I felt like they genuinely cared about their employees and provided solid training that helped me grow professionally. I had a great experience with my managers at the Provo East Bay branch. They were supportive and always quick to have my back when dealing with difficult members. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn more about financial services, and my coworkers made the environment positive and collaborative.

Cons

Advancement opportunities were limited. Despite consistently performing well, I remained a part-time employee for over a year, which was frustrating. The work environment could also be quite stressful at times, especially during busy hours or when dealing with upset members.
