      -Great coworkers and management was friendly too -WFH environment -Company is always looking to improve and take employee feedback into consideration

      Cons

      -Employee turnover was high so workload had to be distributed amongst the other employees until backup was found. It became a routine where I was working late nights and on the weekend. Happen way too often...

      Pros

      If you are looking to learn from mistakes then this is the place to be. You'll see plenty of them. There's a culture of mediocrity from the top down, so front line jobs are pretty good.

      Cons

      There is a toxic culture at the leadership level. Be prepared to wait 20 years before you are respected. If you challenge or question the long time employees you'll be ostracized. There's an alarming amount of turnover at the senior level. There's a long list of highly competent ex Utica leaders working elsewhere. Don't be fooled, it's the same company culture it used to have. Work for place you can be proud of. This isn't it.
