Pros

Flexible schedules for appointments, on site gym and nurse at the home office (Utica, NY), remote work available. Benefits are decent, good paid time off.

Cons

Pay is subpar, stress is high. Unqualified individuals are promoted to management positions, which leads to poor management. The work environment is toxic at times with plenty of gossip to go around. Essential office employees have been greatly under appreciated through the pandemic. Opportunity for advancement is limited.
