Great Team of People - Poor Communications

Utility has a great team of people working at their home office. There are also great perks: Lunch is provided free to employees 4 days a week prepared by the Corporate Chef, Donuts on Fridays, Espresso Machine in the cafeteria, Great Health Benefits, 401K options, Life Insurance. Office is in a great location in downtown Decatur, short walk from the Decatur Square and MARTA.

Cons

Poor communications between executives and the different departments within the company.
