• The company values its staff, and provides great perks • There is a great set of team members in each department • The company has shown tremendous growth year over year • The company prides itself on creating the best possible technology solution for video evidence capture and management, making it easy on the officers that use it. • Great location in the heart of downtown Decatur, near Marta, near Atlanta • The office space is a beautiful high-tech space with glass walls, open ceilings and edison bulbs - truly a great place to work.

- Passionate people that care about producing the best product possible. - Creating a product that better helps the community. - Friendly work environment. - Free lunch four days a week made by a really good chef. - Competitive pay. - Good benefits (matching 401K, health/dental/vision/life insurance).

Cons

Pros

No one looking over your shoulder, lots of freedom as long as you are getting your job done. Ok pay Very lax dress code allowing you to be comfortable at work If the bosses like you, you'll get good experience to build a resume and move on to a better company.

Cons

No on boarding process. Very disorganized. Senior staff play favorites and cares more about you "fitting in" than the actual work output. Technology is faulty and is really complicated. Also company keeps trying to expand and add new features before providing a seamless base product.
