Company provides chef prepared lunch daily

Cons

Utility was purchased by a private equity firm and quickly became a terrible place to work. The benefits and salaries are below average but that was tolerable until new leadership corrupted the existing leadership. Unless you’re very desperate, avoid this place.

Cons

One huge revolving door. Lack of structure and guidance in the accounting/finance department. A stressful work environment where you’re constantly micromanaged. If you would like to advance your accounting knowledge this is not the company or accounting department for you.
