Pros

Its a paycheck ...a weak one at that

Horrible job ..they are only interested in taking pictures of monstrous displays in which you will ultimately be asked to take down and buy back product ..often with very little to no warning. Mgmt won't care they are only in it for the "short con". .a big sale. .who cares if you buy back 75% of it they will tell you to roll product into another account so now you are working twice for the same sale. You have no choice its coming off your sales regardless ..whether buy back or " stale/damage" out. The same mgmt who "helped" build display will disappear when it's time to come down. Awful communication ...terrible benefits.. 80/20 AFTER your 2K deductible. Run fast ...

Pros

There are no pros here I guess it's a job but no one needs a job bad enough to work here but here is a pro if you are a complete idiot you will be certainly promoted to management

Cons

The pay is not good The management is not qualified They expect a lot for nothing

Pros

satisfactory pay, working on your own.

Cons

no work life balance, incompetent management. Vacations are few and far between. 10 years to get 3 weeks vacation is a sin, especially when you are working through every holiday. One personal day per year, which has to be approved months in advance. Profit sharing and 401K plan is lacking. Health benefits cost you thousands per year in premiums and you end up paying thousands per year in deductables.
