A lot of smoke and mirrors.

Pros

For an office in Las Vegas, they pay competitively. Team outings to nicer strip clubs. (Offering 401k matching would've been better).

Cons

Turnover is extremely high. Many come and go; some in a matter of weeks, most within a few months. I really want to believe in the leadership, they appear to have a lot of passion for making money. Stay in the office for a few weeks and you start to see the reality beneath the hype. They are often panicking, screaming profanities at each other, or consistently abandoning half built projects under the guise of 'pivoting.' You start to understand they really little clue what they're doing and are just trying to bank as many sales of bunk supplements and half cocked fitness routines before they are shut down. TL;DR - Unpleasant office environment; constant panic.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Get your work done, work whenever. Work remote. Flexible time off.

Cons

Extremely Volatile. Fancy object syndrome. Selective accountability. No customer focus. No product focus. Ethical gray lines.

Pros

At first can seem fun and as if you're given autonomy. Seems like it could be successful with right people in place. Decent compensation.

Cons

Shady business practices. There is a leadership void at almost every level. The owners insist on running the company but haven't the experience nor the ability. There is a culture of fear with high turnover and the owners constantly saying that they want to fire everyone. Basically anyone who stays there long will either be doing so because they don't think they can get a better paycheck anywhere else and need the money, or will be trying to do just enough to get by without bringing any attention to themselves.
