      Very less pay, they hardly have any direct clients so won't place on time. They search for high billing rate projects but pay less to employees.

      Pros

      Fellow employees who band together in their complete loathing of management. Poking fun at management during work hours is the only way to make it through the day here. Everyone is scared all the time of management so it makes those on the bottom feel a sense of camaraderie with each other.

      Cons

      Legitimately the worst company I have ever worked for. Top brass is jumping ship left and right to get away from the complete and utter mismanagement of this company at the senior level. Purna Veer has consistently made the wrong choice at every turn when it comes to how to retain and recruit employees. He wants top dollar work for bottom barrel prices. Penny wish and pound foolish best describes the corporate practices. Will throw tons of money to marketing and worthless side hobbies but doesn’t invest in a solid workforce. The only people who remain are the ones too scared to quit and the good employees that were there have been driven off by management and the atmosphere of fear which permeates the air. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company collapses soon.

      1. Transparent about sharing the information with Consultants. 2. 401K Contribution. 3. Bi-Weekly timely Direct Deposit to Your Bank Account. 4. Very Good Immigration team generally they will process the GC with in 3 months after Joining. 5. Good health Insurance Plans Covered by V-Soft.

      I have not seen or faced anything myself yet so far. So, I can't say!
