Access to discounts I used at the Louisville Zoo for my family staycation. Interesting projects with lots of opportunity to grow in my role. I enrolled in Critical Care Illness insurance and received my $50 check for my physical. Bereavement time-off to attend grand-father's funeral. Lots of communication from Corporate-made me feel like an employee. 401k with an employer match.

Cons

Insurance was expensive for family coverage.

The HR Team out of WI office is very responsive and always helpful. Their customer service is spot on . No matter the question or concern I know I can always reach out to them and get a timely and friendly response.
