Pros

V-Soft is a very professional and reliable consulting company. They help in every possible way to find a job. They provide free training as well. The resource management,immigration,HR and payroll departments are very efficient and handle all requests very professionally. They give a lot of independence to consultants about which location they want to work from. They provide very competitive pay as well. Benefits are also good - good health insurance, 401k. My experience with V-soft has been very positive overall.
