There were no pros working at this company!

Cons

“Leadership” conducted themselves as characters from the movie Mean Girls. They were conniving, lying, and trashed talked each other behind one another’s back. I was glad to leave that cesspool of misery in management as they had no real goals or purpose to achieve anything. Clueless is too kind of a word to describe those women in charge and they wonder why no one wants them in charge.

Some of the people are great. Pay is decent

Cons

They do not offer employee stock options, even though it is a publicly traded company. Unless you have been within the industry for years, they will isolate you and leave you out of everything. The employees refuse to share knowledge. They do not want to train you, you have to figure everything out on your own.
