I worked at the Mysore office of V2soft for more than a year, and I had to deal with a manager who was very toxic and biased towards local people. He had no leadership skills and he always discouraged and mistreated certain team members. His team changed every six months because no one could stand his abusive behavior and disrespect. Many people complained to HR managers about him, but they did nothing to stop him, just because he had been with the company for a long time. I wonder how the management chose him to lead a team when he had so many negative qualities. This shows the low standard of the company. To work under him, one had to learn how to play dirty politics, be abusive and toxic, and not care about the team's growth. He also took credit for other people's work performance. He was not a good fit for a team manager, as he always dragged the company's reputation down, like a "Crab in a Bucket".

Coordination between teams could have been better at times. Apart from a few individuals the management structure and system have a lot to be desired. Top management is still living an unrealistic life in 80s and will treat employees accordingly. They force you to write a review as soon as you join the organization and check that review before you post it. Most of the reviews here are not true.
