Internal logistical issues that be annoying. Getting needed supplies / equipment in a timely manner etc.

30% shift dif wkends, 10% evenings and nights mon - fri.

Cons

No set schedule.often only scheduled out 3 wks at a time. Often scheduled 2 wkends in a row and/or 3 out of 4 wkends in a month.
