The staffing agency has zero backbone and is intimidated They use scare tactics to get employees to work harder Sometimes only 2 hours notice before you have to be there or they'll fire you even if they call you earlier in the same day and say you're off for the day They post a schedule but it doesn't mean anything No trust in the yard lead No accountability by upper management completely out of touch with work force. High turn around rate because the employer treats employees with no respect. When accidents occur blame is placed on innocent people and they'll lose their jobs.
