      Amazing technology, surrounded by the brightest minds in the field. Great exposure to the evolving world of AI with the most innovative companies on the planet making large investments

      Cons

      The target market for the product is very unique. Not all territories and roles will have same opportunity to be successful at VAST. Target audience is only customers with massive unstructured data sets that want to process that data. Many of the typical fortune 1000 customers not a fit for VAST

      VAST has an amazing technology that is thriving in a hot AI / HPC market. The offering is Fast, Simple, and Cost Effective for customers of all sizes. This place innovates at a rapid pace, takes customer requests seriously and treats their employees fairly.

      Cons

      From a sales perspective, some folks are absolutely killing it while others are struggling.

      Pros

      VAST Data has a fantastic product and continues to build new capabilities. When I joined, VAST had already moved beyond just storage into the data platform space, and now, the VAST InsightEngine with NVIDIA is truly shaping the future and the successful use of AI.

      Cons

      There are no real negatives; just be prepared to be busy.
