Loose on policies/procedures, frequent management changes, instability. Communication not always transparent.

A company on the move again...in the right direction!

Pros

The company encourages a culture of personal ownership, accountability, and control over your role in the organization. As a former employee of VBrick and now being back on the team again...the fresh direction and energy from the current management team is exciting. The company is innovating again!

Cons

Company still has some inefficient internal procedures as it pertains to back-end database and information management which I believe are hang overs from the old school methodology...but management appears to be slowly addressing these.

Pros

Vbrick is a very reputable company. Collaborating with very intellectual coworkers and VBricks' innovative staff is a great opportunity to motive ones self.

Cons

Communication between various departments is sub par. Many collaboration tools has been implemented, but does not get used to their potential.
