While the workload can be intense at times, all required metrics are supported by statistical evidence of effectiveness and are adjusted on an individual basis. For example, if you have a high conversion or conversation rate on the phone, they don't expect as many calls. If you have a higher conversion rate in person, you'll do more drops.
