VC3 is a great company to start your career. You will gain a TON of experience. Team members actually share knowledge rather than hoard what they know. Our focus is to serve our clients, not micromanage staff. We have passionate teams who are all excited to make a difference for the clients we serve. We have high expectations of ourselves and our colleagues.

Cons

We are growing, which brings growing pains. We are changing. (Change is not always a negative.)
