      Pros

      For a company that has had numerous acquisitions within the past few years, they are an extremely well oiled machine. You find with other companies in hyper-growth mode that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Not the case here. The kicker is that you have to be someone that wants to do your job and doesn't mind being held accountable (not in a micro-managed fashion). All that to say, I am very pleased with the culture and the trajectory of this organization. All good things here.

      Insurance rates could be better.. This is not just VC3, this is everywhere...

      Pros

      Lots of growth potential. Invests in technology and growth.

      Cons

      Managed service provider woes. Fires to put out, impossible expectations to meet. All the IT problems hundreds of companies experience in a year all in one place.

      Pros

      The company is very open with its employees. The company vision is visible and growth is rapid. Financials are shared with the team. Employees are valued.

      Cons

      Rapid growth while trying to remain lean. While good for the financials, it can cause backlog of work and burnout for employees.

      Love that you call out transparency of vision and progress! And you’re right, there are challenges that come with growth. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to your manager about feelings of burnout, know that the HR door is always open for exploring solutions.
