      Decent training period but still a lot to learn.

      Terrible management. A lot of micro-managing. Very strict and terrible pay.

      Pros

      -The people are amazing! Everyone you work with are humble and genuine. I have never worked for a place that truly has everyone working towards the same goals. -There is a HUGE value on your work/home balance: as a Manager, I am encouraged to make my work day fit my life, and to ensure that my Team does the same. -Transparency: This is easily the most transparent company I have ever worked for. Everyone from the top down wants to make sure the employees know what we're doing as a company, why we're doing it, how it affects everyone, and what kind of finances go along with it. -People-Focused: VC3 claims to be focused on getting the Right People hired into the Right Positions, and they back that up. Career growth is a primary consideration at every level, and it's fantastic to have that level of support for growing my Team into the spots the best fit their talents and goals!

      Cons

      -Insurance isn't free? Like, that's the only thing I could complain about, and that's not a company issue so much as a Country issue!

      A company that sets you up for success

      It has been my experience at VC3 that employees are treated like real human being with a life outside of work. There are many opportunities for professional development; training meeting, internal job fairs, and leadership programs just to name a few

      Cons

      We are an established company but we are growing thru major growth right now that tends to bring alot of quick changes and some lack of clarity.
