Pros
I have worked for billion dollar sales organizations, start ups and companies with under 50 employees. VC3 truly cares about the company and its people. This has been shown to me by the CEO seeking me out to welcome me to the team, calling to congratulate me on my first deal and many other little moments that are demonstrated by SR leadership. I find servant leadership is hard to come by, and I have witnessed an abundance of this leadership style at VC3.
Cons
VC3 is a growing company and that brings its own unique challenges. There are systems that need to be integrated and processes that need to be hardened. SR leadership is actively working to consolidate systems and build out the right processes. Everyone cares and are rowing in the same direction which is pretty special.
