We encourage all team members that have feedback, concerns, or questions to bring these to management and/or human resources, or any trusted manager (regardless of level in the organization).
We also conduct Ask Me Anything sessions where questions/concerns/feedback can be submitted anonymously.
VC3 is growing and creating many opportunities for team members to take on new and expanded roles within the organization. Our growth also allows us to continually improve as we share best practices throughout the organization from companies that have been acquired.
We also realize that no company can be the perfect fit for everyone, and certainly understand that VC3 may not be the right fit for you.
