      Great company but lacking good benefits

      The company itself is great and growing exponentially Culture is amazing Team members always eager to help, learn, and grow

      Cons

      Merit increases are almost non existent No Paid Holidays, must use PTO to take off for a Holiday including Thanksgiving and Christmas Lacks training materials No upwards career opportunites

      Thank you for your review and feedback! VC3 provides a minimum of 24 paid days off per year, which does include any holidays. We do not mandate specific holidays to be taken as we want team members to have the ability to take holidays off that are important to them.       A dynamic organization that has experienced once-in-a-career type of growth

      Pros

      1) Great sensibilities and business wisdom in how the organization is run 2) Amazing communication from top to bottom - a LOT of effort is put forth to do that 3) People want to do the right thing - not content with something that is not working - effort to fix what's not working 4) Strong EOS company 5) It's always better to be on a winning team 6) The culture is *strong*

      Cons

      1) We're running super hot right now - why? Because we've acquired four companies in the last 100 days. It's a season but how many other companies can say they are experiencing what we are? 2) In some cases we've outgrown our processes and norms
