Pros

VC3 is a great technology company in a barren wasteland of technology companies. Management is very open and approachable. The people who work here are intelligent and care about their customers and fellow employees. Since it's a relatively small company you can easily see how your work effects the company as a whole.

Cons

You have to be patient for advancement opportunities. Since it is a small company there are only so many openings that come from people leaving their current job. VC3 is continuing to grow so their are opportunities to move up, but they aren't popping up every day.
