Pros

Great pay and shift differentials. Learning is on going and CE support provided.

Cons

Long hours. Difficulties taking time off/finding coverage. Hard to maintain work life balance. Management can be positive or negative depending on vca location. Sometimes low staffing coverage on weekends and night's.
