HR and legal resources were great

Cons

Truly just a cog in the wheel. Only concerns about how much revenue a doctor can bring in. Minimal focus on technician development and or quality medicine practice by the doctors. No positive feedback from regional members when doing well. Worried more about making profit margins than employees and or medicine at times.
