Unethical Senior Leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

A cheap trinket and a movie at the end of the year as the only reward for a year of hard work and dedication.

Cons

Policies are applied incredibly inconsistently. HR uses them either to condone bad behavior or to remove employees senior leadership dislikes. The company operates like a dictatorship: follow orders or face consequences. There is zero appreciation for the long hours and hard work you put in. They don't even respond to your resignation notice. You’re just a number that can be easily replaced. Prices are secretly increased at least twice a year, and employees are pressured to sell ineffective wellness plans for huge profits. Everything about this company feels unpleasant, like a stink you can't wash off. Avoid!
