Pros

It WAS a decent place to work. It’s becoming more and more corporate. Price increases are making it difficult to keep new clients and more people are opting out of the CC option due to declining economy and inflation.

Cons

They took quarterly bonuses, pay is below average and management is awful. I was hired on as an assistant and was moved to the front due to being short staffed. I’m about to graduate and become an LVT and they are moving a kennel tech with no experience as a tech to an open position before me. I’ve been in this field for 6 years. She’s been in for a year. There is a lot of favoritism.
