Pros

* employee discount * benefits * work schedule, ability to work four ten hour days * knowledgeable associate veterinarians

Cons

* management is very ill-equipped to deal with conflict resolution. The hospital manager would often yell at associates and take out her frustrations on staff members. When approached about her behavior she would get very defensive and abrasive, shutting down all constructive criticism * my raise after a year of exceptional work was very insulting and I was told it was nonnegotiable * overall it was very stressful coming and being at work, staff members were nasty to one another because upper management was setting the example * one of the medical directors had a tendency to bad mouth the other doctors and overall was passive aggressive with staff
