Employees are great and care so much about the pets.

Cons

Horrible management. Big corporation type treatment. They do not care about you no letter how long you have been there. Would not work at any MARS hospitals actually (ex. Banfield, BluePearl, Linnaeus etc). They all act the same, better going with a smaller hospital, you’ll get treated like a human and not a number.

Honestly none it was a very toxic work environment

Cons

As I said very toxic work environment No room for growth Came with year’s experience and was talked down to by management and employees as if I didn’t know anything Was hired to replace a sx nurse was told I was not even allowed to pull samples Came highly recommended from a doctor that WORKED at the practice and they didn’t listen to anything. When I came to them about complaints about a disrespectful manager I was told that is just how they are…..no I don’t like this place and I will never EVER COME BACK….
