      Pros

      The location that I worked at practiced very good medicine, and the technicians were furnished with very good equipment and supplies.

      Cons

      Compensation is an epidemic for certified veterinary technicians at this point, and much like the majority of corporate hospitals, VCA appears to undervalue their technicians. For having almost a decade of experience, they were only offering $1-2 per hour more than new graduates, which is disgraceful. The technicians make those hospitals run and deserve better compensation.

      There are Zero pros here

      Cons

      Awful management both in Hospital and regional. The highest turnover rate I have ever seen on a business. The blame game everyday. Unhappy employees. Can’t keep veterinarians working there. Work on EVERY holiday. Slow business don’t believe the “thriving “ part! I can’t believe this hospital is still opened for business! Corporate office says they are aware of the mess on all the Florida Vca’s but still nothing changes! So sad because I love the company but this one is extremely poorly managed!
