The people are friendly and fun to work with. Doctors practice best medicine. Manager has open door policy- always willing to help. Management always mindful of work/life balance.

Cons

Corporate involvement in hospital decisions. Too difficult to get rid of the bad apples.

- company seems to really care about making relationships with clients - has organizations it works with to provide affordable adoption exams + new vaccines, etc - flexible for taking time off, even if more days than your "vacation" days as long as someone else can cover - good employee discounts - continued education for some employees - possible to pick up more shifts at other locations

Cons

- continued education is not very applicable to vet tech assistants. Only for technicians and vets - not much growth available for vet tech assistant
