I had an involved manager who fought for our clinic and promoted a positive environment.

Cons

Corporate was overly focused in numbers which made for a lack of raises and overbooking.

It was a lot of fun working with animals and gaining knowledge of animal handling etc.

Lack of training and the people I worked with never made me feel like I fit in.
