      I personally think management is very difficult and stressful in a hospital setting. The pay is competetive, but it was not worth the stress of the position to me personally

      You're working with animals? There are also a lot of appointments so you get a lot of experience. This is about it.

      Cons

      They don't seem to care about their high turnover rate. I worked there for a few months before deciding to move on to another clinic and while I was there 7 people quit, and 98% of the people there were talking about quitting or actively looking for another job. That is not an exaggeration. Another employee stated that since she had started working there, at least one person had quit every week. They don't seem to care about what is going on with their employees whatsoever, and there is absolutely no contact with anyone from upper management with their staff, so staff is completely unable to voice their opinions. This leads to everyone finding better opportunities elsewhere.
