Low pay Lack of management Doesn't always hire within company Lack of promotion Not always in the best location No bonuses

raises and bonuses non-existent. expected to stay late, pick up extra shifts, and miss your breaks. very little PTO, and requests to use it frequently denied. absolutely horrible benefits. impossible to make any change or suggestions for improving the environment for employees- what corporate says, goes. no opportunity for growth. favoritism galore. high turnover, high burnout, and management doesn't care when long-time employees leave, they make no effort to keep employees.
