benefits package, pto, coworkers, not much else to say as a pro

Cons

management, higher ups, lack of pay and if you did ask for a raise it was always “well we just recently changed it from twice a year to once a year so we can’t give you one”, severely underpaying compared to all other companies close to them, lack of empathy or care for their employees unless it affects their inflow of cash.

Discount is decent, 401k matching is good

Cons

Rarely get lunches, skeleton crew, management doesn’t care that the turnover rate is so high and they are losing all experiences techs and stuck with inadequate staff and patient care suffers. Staff just get a generic email that wishes whoever quit the best in our future endeavors. Even after years with the company. The 4 pet limit for discounts is ridiculous. Scheduling is not conducive to living a normal life, especially if you work overnights as they come last in all aspects.
