      Pros

      FT employee discount is fantastic, and the clients I work with our great. Individually the team I work with is compassionate, skilled and patient focused.

      Cons

      Management is lacking, training and oversight of day-to-day operations is slim to none. That's frustrating, VCA tends to promote from within but without provided the training necessary for success. The bottomline is more important than investing in it's people.

      Up to 4 pets get full privileges and 75% off vet bills they provide clothes to work in and a locker for your stuff

      Cons

      Drama, drama, drama. Most of the people up front have attitude and are rude to you. The other departments aren't much better. Will lie to you about raises. Pay is so base pay they never give raises.
