Pros

Doctors practice good and current medicine. VCA offers learning opportunities, CE classes. Staff are compassionate and friendly. There is always something new to learn.

Cons

At times the hours are long which results in staff burning out. Cross training is offered by not mandatory leaving departments understaffed.

Pros

Awesome Company, They care about you general input and attitude. It directly reflects on patient and animal care. Some of the best experiences I have had in the workplace.

Cons

The only disadvantages that come to mind are not directly within the control of the hospital. Such areas include billing in order to maintain a 24 hour staff.
